What will I do?

You will start each day at our storage facility to pick up the inventory. Your work will include following a route, installing and removing real estate signs and lock boxes at residential properties, and ending your day at our storage to drop off the inventory.

Use a mobile device to follow the service route and receive service request information

How much can drivers make?

Drivers get paid per service route and can make up to $30 an hour on average depending on the market.

Driver Requirements

We ask for a few minimum requirements to meet for you to start driving with us.

Qualified Vehicle

Most vehicles can carry our signs and signposts. If you drive a sedan, it's best if your vehicle has 4 doors.

Driver's License

A valid US driver’s license

Car Insurance

A smartphone with a working camera and the capability to download apps

How long does the application process take?

If you're a match, we'll send an invitation for a first interview 1 or 2 days after you've applied. If the first interview goes well we will send you an invite for a second interview that same day in the afternoon. If we believe you're a great fit, we'll contact you directly, within 2 business days.

Is the schedule flexible?

Every market has its specific days of work and we stick to them. Drivers can start at any given time as long as the route is completed during daylight hours.

How do I get paid?

We pay via direct deposit every Friday with a week in hand.

Do you pay for gas?

We do not pay for gas, that is actually the reason we set the pay rate as high as we do.

Do you pay additional if I get stuck in traffic?

We do not, we recommend our drivers start early to avoid traffic. Our drivers navigate traffic in different markets across the country without issues.

What if there’s a storm/flooding/snow?

If there are extreme weather conditions, we prioritize our driver’s safety.

Will someone be there to assist me throughout my routes?

Yes, we have a Trooper Support team that provides virtual assistance from 9 am to 8 pm CT. We encourage our drivers to reach out to us if they ever have any doubts or issues so that we can provide any information or instruction that they might need. This helps us to avoid mistakes and ensure the client's satisfaction.

Is there a dress code?

No dress code, we just ask you to wear appropriate clothing and a neon vest so that homeowners know that you are working.

Is work always guaranteed?

We have work year-round.
